Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Worldview Consultancy ("Company," "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and any related consultancy solutions we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
2.1. We provide digital consultancy services, including but not limited to IT strategy, digital transformation, software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, and related advisory services. 2.2. The scope of services shall be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must cooperate and provide complete and accurate information necessary for the services. 3.2. Clients must provide payment in a timely manner and provide access to relevant systems or personnel where required.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Fees for services shall be outlined in any individual invoice.
4.2. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified.
4.3. Late payments may incur interest charges as per the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act
1998.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. All information shared between the parties shall be treated as confidential. 5.2. We will not disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Any work, reports, or materials created as part of the services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.2. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables provided.
7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
7.1. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data shared with us complies with applicable data protection
laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 30 days'] written notice.
9.2. If terminated early, the client must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any dispute shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
12.1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Revisions will be notified of significant changes.
