Our Commitment to Doing Good
At Worldview Consultancy, we believe that responsible business practices aren’t just nice to have – they’re fundamental to creating lasting success for everyone we work with.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is more than statements; it’s our promise to operate ethically, protect our environment, create meaningful social impact, and build an inclusive economy. Guided by industry benchmarks and global frameworks (UN SDGs, GRI, ISO 26000), we’re committed to creating real value for our stakeholders while leaving a positive mark on the world.
Environmental Sustainability
Goal: Achieve Net Zero emissions by 2030 (Scope 1 & 2) and 2040 (Scope 3). Climate change affects us all, and as a tech consultancy, we have both the responsibility and the opportunity to lead by example. We’re not just talking about sustainability – we are taking concrete action to reduce our environmental impact.
Our initiatives:
- Carbon Reduction: Implement a science-based Carbon Reduction Plan with transparent annual progress reporting.
- Sustainable Operations: Transition to 100% renewable energy for UK offices and promote remote-work policies to reduce commuting emissions.
- Circular Economy: Partner with UK-based suppliers committed to zero-waste practices.
Alignment: UN SDG 13 (Climate Action), GRI 305 (Emissions).
Ethical Business Practices
Goal: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability. Trust is everything in consultancy. That is why we have built our business on a foundation of unwavering ethical standards that guide every decision we make.
Initiatives:
- Modern Slavery Compliance: Adhere to the UK Modern Slavery Act, conducting annual supply-chain audits to ensure everyone we work with meets the same ethical standards we hold ourselves to.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Achieve 40% gender diversity in leadership by 2030 and expand apprenticeship programmes for under-represented groups.
- AI & Data Ethics: Implement a comprehensive Responsible AI Framework to ensure every client project upholds the highest ethical standards.
Alignment: UN SDG 8 (Decent Work), ISO 26000 (Human Rights).
Philanthropy & Community Engagement
Goal: Invest 5% of annual profits into UK social impact programmes. Success means nothing if we don’t share it. We believe in using our expertise and resources to create opportunities for others, particularly in bridging the digital skills gap that affects so many communities.
Initiatives:
- Skills Development: Launch Worldview Futures, a pro-bono training programme for 10,000+ UK youth by 2040.
- Employee Volunteering: Every team member receives 3 paid volunteering days per year to support causes they care about.
- Partnerships: Work with local banks, support STEM education, and mentor young entrepreneurs.
Alignment: UN SDG 4 (Quality Education), GRI 413 (Local Communities).
Economic Responsibility
Goal: Drive inclusive growth in the UK economy. We believe that business success should lift everyone up. That is why we are committed to creating economic opportunities that extend far beyond our own company walls.
Initiatives:
- Living Wage Employer: Commit to achieving UK Living Wage certification by 2030 so everyone earns enough to live with dignity.
- SME Support: Launch a dedicated grant programme to help UK small businesses access high-quality consultancy services at reduced rates.
- Local Hiring: By 2030, 30% of new hires will come from apprenticeships or career-returner programmes, creating pathways for overlooked talent.
Alignment: UN SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
Social Responsibility (Employee Wellness)
Goal: Become a Top 10 UK Employer for Wellbeing by 2030. When our team feels supported and energised, everyone wins.
Initiatives:
- Mental Health: Appoint Mental Health Champions and provide every team member free access to premium therapy and wellness apps such as Headspace.
- Flexible Work: Maintain hybrid work policies and introduce Wellness Wednesdays – meeting-free days for deep work and recharge.
- Inclusive Benefits: Subsidised gym memberships, private medical insurance, and family-care grants to support staff when life gets complicated.
Alignment: UN SDG 3 (Good Health), GRI 403 (Occupational Health).
